Dena Lynn (Studdard) Allmaras

12/2/51 - 1/7/25

Dena Lynn Allmaras passed away unexpectedly at home in Ridgefield, WA on 1/7/25. She was 73 years old.

Dena was born Dena Lynn Saucier in Granite City, IL and moved to Clark County with her family as a child. Dena was a proud graduate of Ridgefield High School in 1969 and married her high school sweetheart Dave a year later in 1970. They remained in love and together for over 54 years.

Dena worked as a bank teller before staying home to raise their family. As their children grew up, she returned to work as a manager at Cash Connection in Vancouver, WA for almost 30 years until her retirement.

Dena was very active in her children's lives and even served as the President of Cascade Little League in the late 1980's. Dena enjoyed many crafts, especially photography and cross stitch, and you could often find her entries at the Clark County Fair. She was heavily immersed in genealogy and family history and was always learning more.

Dena loved to travel with her husband. They were also members of Lake Merwin Campers Hideaway in Amboy, WA for 50 years, creating a lifetime of memories at the base of "Gnome's Falls". They also stayed in close contact with other RHS graduates and got together often. Dena leaves behind a legacy of friends and family members who will miss her deeply.

Dena is survived by her husband David Allmaras, her three children Cory (Mary) Allmaras, Jason Allmaras and Jennifer Allmaras, her three grandchildren Zoe, Lucas and Lilian, brother John Studdard, sister Leanne Studdard, and her dog Lucy. She was preceded in death by her mother Clarice (Maxon) Studdard, father Craig Saucier, stepfather Dale Studdard, and brother Bruce Studdard.

A celebration of her life will take place this Spring and will be announced at a later date.
