Fredrick Antone Malinowski, 84, of Amboy, Washington, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025. Born in Aberdeen, Washington, on July 13, 1940, he was the son of late Henry and Ruby Waldron Malinowski.
Fredrick retired after many years of dedicated service in the logging industry as a heavy equipment operator. He was a longtime member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church. His kindness, generosity and love for his family and friends will be deeply missed.
Survivors include his children, Reuben Malinowski (Sheila), Kimberly Hall (Daniel), and Aletha Marsh (Ian); 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and his siblings, James Malinowski, Mavie Portman and Melvin Malinowski.
In addition to his parents, he was preceeded in death by his loving wife of 56 years, Beth Gillette Malinowski; and his sons, Matthew Malinowski and Fredrick Malinowski.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton St., Elkton, MD 21921.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Old Apostolic Lutheran Church, 35303 NE Amboy Road, Yacolt, WA 98675, with visitation from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2025. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Amboy, Washington.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church Building Fund, PO Box 1703, Elkton, MD 21922.
