Jane Edna Wilson
July 15,1934 – October 6, 2024
Jane was born July 15, 1934, in Pioneer (Clark County), WA. to Ramey Waser and Ida (Kiser) Waser. Her family moved to Amboy and grew up on a dairy farm in Chelatchie Prairie. She milked cows and bucked hay on the farm with her family. She was proud of her Swiss heritage. She graduated from Battle Ground High School in 1953 and played basketball there.
She wed the love of her life Walter “Sonny” Wilson in December of 1953 and they were married for 54 years until Sonny’s death in 2008. She and Sonny owned and operated Wilson’s Parts and Service in Amboy where she did the office work and bookkeeping for the company.
She enjoyed gardening, word puzzles, fishing, attending her granddaughters sporting events and was very lucky on the casino slot machines.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Walter “Sonny” Wilson, twin sister June McKee, sister Dorothy Fry, brothers Ray, Albert, Eddie and John Waser and Robert Duerr.
She is survived by her children John Wilson, Dennis (Sherri) Wilson, Candi Bexson, two grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at Lewisville Cemetery on Friday October 11th at 11:00 AM.
