Lola was born in Klamath Falls, OR to Earl Lewis Abarr and Kathern Shirley Wheeler-Abarr-Funk. She was predeceased by her Husband Tom Harris, Mother Shirley Funk, Father Earl Abarr, Step-father Ray Funk, Daughter Amy Peterson, Son Chris Funk and Granddaughter Crystal Street. She is survived by her brother Lowell Abarr, Son Jeff Funk, Step-sons Mark Harris & Jon Harris and Step-daughters Kim Woody and Tamara Gutierrez. She also leaves behind 13 grandchildren. 

After graduating high school, Lola joined the US Army. She was proud to have been stationed at the Pentagon during a portion of her service in the Army. Outside of the Armed Forces, Lola had other jobs such as working for the Bonneville Power Administration and helping her husband Tom to run their business, Harris Metal Fab.

Lola and her husband Tom loved to go on road trips across the US to see family and friends. They also enjoyed little day trips to the coast and such. Lola enjoyed crafts such as sewing, family tree research, and painting. 

Lola was about as kind of a person as you could ever meet. She was also a loving Mother, Step-mother and Grandmother.
