Lucille Eileen Gukeisen

July 25, 1930 — December 15, 2023

Ridgefield

Lucille made herself a career at the Battle Ground High School cafeteria as a cook. She was well known as a bossy lady. She made sure things were in order and directions were followed.

After retiring from school, it didn’t slow Lucille down. She has always been very active at her church. She belonged to several Bunco groups. She was an active member in the Battle Ground chapter of the F.O.E. There was always an organization or group that took up her calendar. She made so many great memories with beautiful friendships along the way! She will be greatly missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her!

Lucille has suffered great loss in her life. Her husband was taken in 2003. Her youngest, Donna Gukeisen, in 2014, and last, her oldest, Cheryl Bellomy in 2022.

Lucille leaves behind her two grandchildren, Andrea(Dale) Scheradella, and  Jennifer(Robert) Williams. Also, 3 great-grandsons, Austin(25), Drew(20), and Brayden(11).

Services will be held at Bethel Lutheran Church on January 13, 2024 @ 2pm.
